Question: 10 POINTS=what are some exercises i can do in my room!?
i want to lose 5 kg and what are exercises i can do in my bedroom!?!?
does doing starjumps, running on the spot & situps help lose weight!?
& how many months will it take me to lose 5kg!?

hey,
these are the things i usally do every afternoon before i go to bed
-running on the spot for about 20mins (or jogging) it may seem boring so get some music on, u may want to stop at times but rest for a couple of mins and then start again!.
-50 starjumps
-streching after u run
-do some situps and crunches
-rest for a couple of mins and!.!.!.!.
-get some music on (hip hop so it can get u jumping)and start dancing, jumping, go wild hun!!!
other things that may help
-walk to school
-go swimming
-walk the dog (if u have one or walk around the neighboor hood
-instead of watching tv go to some exercise

little steps may help u alot!!!
it will probaly take u about a month or less to lsoe 5 kgs, but always remember diet &exercise go together hun! (and for a start eat less food and then go on to the 'really healthy diet'!)

Technically, having sex helps you lose weight, so if you just masturbate a lot you should lose 5kg in no time!.

Really though, your only 13 stop worrying you will grow!. One of my friends was chubby as hell in year 7, and two years later, WITHOUT going to the gym, he's the most physik person in out year!.

you need a tiredmil and u need to run on ur tred mil for at leaset 30mins!.!.!. and to jumping jacks, crunches, sit ups, just any exctersie will help!. 5kg isnt alot i lost 4kg in a month but i wasnt even trying that hard!. so if u do try hard maybe you will lose it faster!. SWimming is absolutely a great extecise to lose weight and eat the right food!. Eat a good breakfeast, and have a salad n grilled chicken for lunch and a soup n salad for dinner or fruits!.!.!.just watch your food and you will lose weight so fast you will not even relize it!

situps help lose weigh DO 20+20+20+20=80 and usally it takes 2 mounth in my case i lose 6 kg weight in 2 mounth by doing situp
but one thing is more important beside doing situp you will need to control on your diet only exercise did not do nothing alone

Sit ups- they will help you lose fat around the stomach area!.

If you really want to lose weight don't eat much junk food, and go out for runs as that is the easiest way to burn fat!.
