Can I be eating too much fruit?!

Question: Can I be eating too much fruit!?
OK on a typical day I can eat upwards of five serves of fruit a day!.
I do eat about 4-6 serves of veggies as well
and two serves of wheat and one serve of rice milk
I am vegan so i don't eat anything from an animal, the question is is that too much fruit for me!?
Like for dinner tonight I just had a banana, a carrot, an apple, a kiwi fruit, and an orange!.
That is pretty normal for me, is it too much!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I would say yes as you are meant to have 2 serves of fruit a day!. Fruit has sugar (although natural sugar) which still raises your sugar levels just like sugar can!. Also, you should be having 5 serves of vegetables a day and 3 serves of dairy!. Also, you can't just have fruit for dinner!.!.!.you should have a normal dinner and one piece of fruit afterwards!. I think that you would be ok!.!.!. but I would hate to think of how many times you would be going to the toilet!.!.!.
the only thing that I can think of is the amount of sugar that is in this fruit but because it is all natural sugar I believe that you will be fine!.!.!.
maybe start thinking of looking for some more veg recipes for dinner to start giving your body a different thing instead of fruit

oh yeah also if you like them chick peas!.!.!. are a really good source of protein!.!.!. better them mostWww@Answer-Health@Com
