How to lose weight with sore muscles?!

Question: How to lose weight with sore muscles!?
I was working out just fine, and didn't get sore!.!.!.

But then it caught up to me!. I felt soooo tired, my legs tingled and I slept like a baby!. I didn't feel like doing anything!.

Then I got my butt up the next morning and took a half hour walk!. I probably shouldn't have done that, because I have shin splints now, and my legs still hurt!.

What can I do!? I want to lose weight, but how do I do that while my sore muscles are healing!? My weight is the same, but I want it to drop, and I'm scared of my weight getting higher!. What do I do in the meantime to lose weight!? Will my metabolism still be raised even if my muscles are sore!?

Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com
