Question: Was this a healthy lunch meal!? Helpp (: [enough energy for workout!?]!?
I woke up late so no breakfast!.
I know thats not good, but it'll be okay!. Hah!.
so for lunch I had
-90 calorie, 3 grams of fat whole wheat wrap
-1 tbsp of natural/organic peanut butter (100 cal)
-2 tsp!. of low sugar jelly (20 cal)
-serving of organic pretzels (140 cal)
-one pear, one small apple, 1/2 cup of grapes
-and 50 cal worth of organic carrots
so in all, it was about 550 calories!.
is that enough for lunch!? or should I add a 100 cal fiber full granola bar!? because in an hour, I am going to run 4!.5 miles, lots of crunches all ways, leg lifts, and some strength training for my legs/hips/butt today!.
I need to make sure I have enough energy!.
I feel really full now!.!.!.but I just want to make sure I have enough energy to run and all of that!.
Im 17, 5'5'', and 111-112 lbs!.

I think you should be okay!. Just eat something after!. Any more calories with such a hardcore routine and you could get sick to your stomach!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
