Question: How have you lost weight!?

I don't know specifically which tae bo is best, but I applaud you for making a commitment to exercise as part of your weight loss and health regime!.

I lost 25 pounds easily by adopting a whole foods, plant-based diet!. It's easy to stick to since there is no calorie counting, food weighing, or expensive food to buy!. Just eat plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, and whole grains!.

Loosing weight isn't a easy task!. Take's a lot of dedication, time and research!. Many diets say they make you loose weight faster or you need to use their 'special formula' or some kind of "detox" to loose weight, while in fact they are just a quick scam for them to make money!. If you read the fine print for any of these, they say with moderate exercise and a healthy diet!.

I have lost over 60 pounds so far, and I need to loose another 35 for my personal goal!. You need to eat healthy and PORTIONED sized foods!. If you want a bowl of pasta eat a serving (2oz) which is about 2/3 or 1/2 a cup!.

Count how many calories you eat in a single day to see where you stand, also remember lower calories you eat the more weight you loose!. Remember, our body isn't stupid, it does as it was designed, survive!. If you don't eat enough calories your body will actually store more fat when you do eat!. Starving yourself does the same thing!. Your body will stop burning calories and store it all as a defensive mechanism

Long story short, eat 5-6 small meals a day!. So if your eating 2000 you need 5 - 400 calorie meals!. Why 5-6 meals a day!? Easy but good question!.!.!. well your body needs to be fed to burn calories, and in roughly 3 hours your body finished digesting and burning all the calories from your last meal, meaning it continues burning when you feed it again instead of storing!.

Long story short - Don't starve yourself, or eat too much!
Cardio AND weight training are the best weight loss tools you can do!. Cardio burns more calories in the short run but Weight training burns more in the long run because it develops more muscle and that extra muscle burns more calories!. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat! Don't go by "weightloss" go by "fat lose" at least 50 - 55% of all calories should come from carbs, and 25% from protein and 20-25% from fat as a base line!.

1gProtein = 4 calories
1g Fat = 9 calories

3500 calories = 1 pound of fat

I needed to lose weight last year and the first thing i did was not listen to anyone that wasnt an expert or anyone who hadnt lost weight before lol!. I used two programs in my quest and they worked awesome!. Lots of the workouts i could even do at home!. I have had much success with cutting out all flour products and most of white sugar!. I went from a 12/14 to a 6/8 in 6 months and have maintained for the past 6 months!. No gimmicks just very little processed foods!. And keeping sodium low!. I've been up and down on the scale for 15 years and this is the first time I don't feel like I am on a diet!. I eat lots of meats, fruits, vegetables, potatoes, whole grain rice, beans etc!. !. Just "real" foods!. And I feel the healthiest I have ever felt! Best of luck to you :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I set a small, reasonable goal of three pounds a month!. That way, I could still eat some of my favorite foods!. I scheduled walking three times a week for the first three weeks of the month!. I maintained my weight the last week of the month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

one day i was reading !. my son had a jump-rope!. he said mom do you want to take a walk!.i said share!. we went and he said mom we are going to take a walk all the time!. And i was happy!.i lost 100 !. Www@Answer-Health@Com
