Can't lift weight in the gym?!


Question: Can't lift weight in the gym!?
I have been doing a lot of cardio in the gym for 4 months and never ever did weight traning and now I have started weight training and I have no strength whatsoever to lift small weights like 4 or 5 kg's !.!.!.!.what can i do to increase my strength so that i can lift weights!.thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your going to have to start small and work your way up!. Work with the most weight you can while keeping strict form, and add weight as you progress!. Three sets of 8-10 reps will work for getting you back into it!. The biggest thing is your diet!. Make sure to get at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight while you are starting out!. After 2 or 3 months of this, and you start getting stronger and bigger, bump the protein amount up to 1!.5-2 grams per pound of lean mass!.

your going to have to gain weight and take supplements!.you probably burned up all the muscle you had (if any) in all that cardio what were you thinking !?Www@Answer-Health@Com
