How do I get my abs to show?!

That is so funny go for the easy way out!. But seriously they don't work I ordered one because I just had to know if it worked!. It does make your muscles jump but you can wear it for an hour and the battery dies before you really realize that it is actually doing nothing!. No man just just have to go out and get moving!. I would say that 5'4 280lbs you are pretty big!. I don't think that even running every day and doing 500 crunches a day would have your abs showing by christmas but it would be a really good start!. It just takes work man go out and do it!. You can still snack but you just have to be active and not snack to extreme!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to do cardio/aerobic activity!.!.You can't spot-reduce!. It'll tone your stomach, sure, but the fat will still be there!.

I think it would be really helpful to change your diet, or at least eat healthier snacks!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
