Walking and running come to mind!. Stretching exercises, push-ups and abs!. Aerobics is actually rather cheap too!. So is yoga!. You don't have to join a gym to do any of these things and if you have a good exercise routine, they will do wonders for you!. Later you can start adding some dumbells, if you like, they're not expensive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Johnsy wasn't kidding - walking at a brisk pace for about half an hour every day or so can do wonders to speed up your metabolism and help your body start burning fat!. It's gotta be an intense walk though! Not point in slacking off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Walking is free and it's a wonderful exercise!. It's easy, fun, and you can take people with you!. Walk 30-45 minutes every day!. That'll will do a ton for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
