Is it wrong to drink protein shakes at a young age?!


Question: Is it wrong to drink protein shakes at a young age!?
Ok im 14years old and i've been doing push ups, sit ups, pull ups for about 7 months and i was looking to boost my muscles up faster by drinking protein shakes but im not sure if its wrong to drink it at a young age!. Is it wrong!? and if it is!. What are the harmful effects of it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Protein is just food!. It would just be like having another glass of milk and can of tuna!.
If you want to build your muscles, you're going to have to lift weights - they won't stunt your growth or whatever rumours you've heard!. Push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups just let you do pushups situps and pullups easier - they're not going to build a decent amount of muscle mass!.

Having one or two protein shakes a day would be perfectly fine!.
