ok so i do my workout at like nine at night and after that i have about 500mL of low fat milk (about 10 grams of protean) am i doing anything wrong!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only problem I can see is the time you are doing it!. You might want to do it a bit earlier, because what you are doing now, will not make for a restful sleep!. Try to finish by 7, then you can wind down, have a chance to digest, and you will get a better sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
