Don't you think that going to the gym twice a day to lift weights is too much!? Your muscles and your body in general needs time to recover and torturing it like this might do a bit more harm than good!.
As for your diet, it seems like you're eating way too little!. Even if you didn't exercise at all, it would still be at the low end of how much you should be eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just some advice: try not to eat anything within 2 hours of when you go to bed!. chances are that you won't be able to burn it off!. also you can also lose a bid by running!. there are many places you can go running like around the neighborhood a couple times or at the gym on the treadmill!. try it and see if it works!. let me know if it works for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dammit i eat way more than you!.!.!. and dont weight lift and seem fine!. Wow, you eat so little, not sure if your diet is sufficient for your growth, but try to alter you exercising, like not only focus on one weightlifting machine!. Exercise different parts and cardio, so your body won't become so efficient on one machine and burn less energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

at 175lbs you should be eating 260 grams of protein!. you're not!.
you should also be eating approx 85 grams of healthy fats!. you're not!.

i recommend you research how bodybuilders feed themselves!.

Well you are on a diet,so yes, that is a pretty good diet as long as you stick with it!. Good job!Www@Answer-Health@Com

For men, lifting weights often especially, you really need to talk with a trainer and see how many calories you NEED for the type of workouts you're doing because you stand a good chance of not eating enough with what you've outlined here!.

I can't give you any numerical suggestions for calories, men's fitness isn't my forte, but a trainer/consultation would be able to give you a range to work in!.

I really think you're not taking in enough calories!. Men I workout with eat like CRAZY because they just MUST with all the work they're doing -- you're likely not working as hard as them, so I won't go over just how much they eat, but like they'll eat an ENTIRE chicken in a single sitting!.!.!.plus side dishes!.!.!.you won't likely need so much, but I'm pretty sure you need more than you're allowing yourself!

Hope this helps =o)Www@Answer-Health@Com
