Question: Can i do cardio and weight lifting on the same day!?
I usually work out in the morning and do my cardio (basketball / jogging) in the evening!.
My question is, will this routine slow down my muscle growth!? Im afraid that i am straining my muscle and not let it rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sure you can, it is recommened that you strenght train first and then do your cardio right after, if you strenght train your entire body in one day, meaning all of your muscle groups, ie!. legs, arms, back, chest, etc!. then you should not strenght train the next day but you can still do cardio everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it will only slow down your muscle growth if you are not eating properly!.
just make sure you are not lifting weights every single day and you are getting proper sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
