Question: I just worked out very hard and have no appetite to eat my recovery meal!. Should I eat it anyway!?
I am so NOT hungry!. I pushed myself to the point of nausea and although I am weak and shaking the last thing I want to do is put something in my stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't have to eat right after, but within the hour have some protein and carb or at least a protein shake!. If you pushed that hard, drink some water at least for now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You would need to wait an hour before you eat your recovery meal and drink some water!. Your body uses the nutrients in the food better after you exercise than before exercise!. It would be bad if you don't eat because your body's metabolism will slow down into starvation mode!. the best way to keep your metabolism up real high is to eat small healthy meals every 3 or 4 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Give yourself a few minutes for your body to come back down to normal, you should eat within one hour so you have some time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
