What is the healthiest dinner choice??? (no exercise)?!


Question: What is the healthiest dinner choice!?!?!? (no exercise)!?
Today is my off day from exercise but I dont want to blow my work or gain weight!.
So far i've had about 750 calories (kashi cereal, skim milk, pear, apple, carrots, light bread, turkey, etc!.)

and for dinner I am wondering what is healthiest and wont make me bloated/gain weight

1!. 3 oz grilled boneless skinless chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1!.5 cups steamed broccoli, pear, apple!.

2!. Light Progresso chicken/veggie soup (100 cal for serving I would have, 480 mg sodium, 1 gram fat), kashi crackers (130 cal), pear, apple, 100 cal granola bar

3!.3 oz grilled boneless skinless chicken on 90 cal wheat bread, kashi crackers (130 cal), pear, apple, 100 cal granola bar!.


what is the healhiest!? I dont want to have too many carbs in one meal!.!.but I dont know please help!.
I only want 1200 cals today

im 17, 5'5'', and 110-112 lbs

I would say the 1st choice because it has the most natural, non- processed ingredients!. It also has a vegetable, and 2 fruits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you dont want to be bloated (water retention) avoid high sodium!.

THe soup sounds incredible!. I would definately choose that!.!.!.

at night time you always want to eat the lightest because your body is more relaxed and retains most of what you eat so always keep your breakfast or lunch the biggest meal and your dinner the lightest

sounds good!. i hope ur not trying to lose weight!. because ur !.1 away from being underweight!. i would think about gaining like 5 pounds just to be safe!. you be normal weight if u weighed 140!.

Number 2!. but have more because ur dinner is suppose to have more calories then ur breakfest and lunch!.

none of these---especially number two because progresso is filled with sodium and you will get bloated!. I would say some cooked veggies and fish Www@Answer-Health@Com
