Question: Rate abs (pics included)!. Please advise on further abdominal development!.!?
I have been playing football (soccer) for a while which has given me slight abdominal definition, but I have never done any specific core work!. Recently, a coach of mine told me it would be a good idea to do some core exercises and strengthen my abdominals!.

I have decided that i should try strengthen my core which will hopefully help me in football!. While I am doing this, I reckon it would also be a good idea to burn a little fat and therefore develop a six-pack as I go on holiday in 10 weeks and would like a good body to show off!.

I have a vague idea of how to strengthen my core, lose fat, and develop a six-pack, but could anyone give me any key hints or tips!? Keep in mind that I will not go on any diet below 2400 calories per day, as I am quite active (playing 2-3 hours football per day), and need energy for training, as well as muscle growth and repair!.

First of all, feel free to rate these abs (for someone who has never done any specific core work)!.
Then, could anyone please give me a few pointers which will help me develop my core and burn fat!.
Finally, it would be fantastic if someone could find and post a picture of what my abs may look like in 10 weeks, if I produce a consistant training effort!. I would like to know how defined I can get my abs to appear!.

I love my ab routine:

Day 1: Pick 4-6 exercises for abs!. Do 4 sets, with as many reps as you can in 2 minutes!. Rest 30-60 seconds between each set!.
Day 2: Do same exercises as Day 1, but add a weight so heavy you can do no more than 15 reps per set (again, 4 sets per exercise)!.
Day 3: Off!.

Because your abs look fine without ab work, adding any in will be of benefit to you!. No one can predict what your abs will look like in 10 weeks!. Just do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
