Question: I need to lose 20 lbs b4 christmas day!?
Can I do it I don't do excersise like treadmill I just do dumbells and for the day I eat nothing exzcept for inner and when I eat dinner its just soup and a little bit of rice can I reach my goal btw I no what a diet should look like but now I'm in a panic modeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your body will go into starvation mode and store any food you eat as fat because your depriving your body of so much food!. You wont last just eating dinner til christmas!. your just slowing down your metabolism and making it harder for your body to lose weight!. and in a couple of days you will be in the hospital

just go on a 1000-1200 calorie diet and up your exercise A LOT!. Do 1-3 hours of cardio a day, everyday!. If you dont do exercise its going to make it harder for you to lose weight and dumbells arnt really that effective!. Go for a run a couple of times a day and do about 2+ miles!.

breakfast is your most IMPORTANT meal of the day because it gets your metabolism going DONT SKIP IT!. breakfast makes your metabolism go faster meaning you will burn more calories in a day!. For breakfast have a fruit and some cottage cheese, for a snack have celery then for lunch have a salad then for a snack have another small fruit or low-fat yogurt or some ham slices or a glass of milk then for dinner have soup and vegies!.

good luck & dont starve yourself; once you stop, all the weight will come on + more!.

If you want you could also try the special K diet, have special k for breakfast lunch and dinner in small amounts i wouldnt really recommend it but since your looking at a short term thing; my friend did it and lost about 20 lbs in a month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would try the cross trainer, I remember when I was over weight and I went on the cross trainer every day for 30 mins and I lose over 10kg
