I do try to eat a healthy amount of good oils and fats in my diet!. Although I don't eat red meat, pork, or chicken, I do eat fish three or four times a week!. I also eat vegetable-based protein (soy and/or other types of beans) and olive oil at least once a day and I have avocado about once per week!.
I have also started to take a fish oil supplement on a daily basis!. I take one 500 mg capsule every morning at breakfast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm pretty good about making sure I get some heart-healthy oil most days!. It's something I have to think about though and stay on top of!. Having as little as 2 teaspoons of oil is sufficient, so I try to make salad dressings with a T!. of olive oil and some basalmic vinegar!. If a salad isn't on my menu for the day, I might cook something in a couple of teaspoons of canola oil!. Eating olives would add some as would avocados!. I buy Omega-3 capsules, but often don't remember to take them!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Eat avocado, nuts, and olive oil!. Also use pure virgin coconut oil as a moisterizer!. It's better than any expensive brand you can buy and it's all natural and healthy!. You'll find it at your local health-food store!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
! tablespoon of flaxseeds soaked over night in water and taken before breakfast does it for me!. You get used to the 'weirdness' of it after a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
