I used to do it a few weeks a yr!.!.!. really its just a quick fix i would suggest taking vitamins and plenty of vitamin c bc it will effect your immune system and you could be more vulnerable to sickness!. Katie!.!.!.it is never one way to lose weight!. Water has no nutritional value so you would be harming yourself and have only skin and bones to show your results!. Try a light diet (no sugar & less carbs) then add 6-8 ounces of water to flush out toxic wastes!. The water should be with or after meals!. This will gradually lose the weight you want without harm to you!.

Yes it does!. Colder the better - raises your metabolism and it helps to burn calories!. Also, a lot of the time when you're feeling like a snack, you're really just thirsty!. Most people don't drink enough water at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
