Im 5'5 125 lbs and 13 years old

Yes but be sure to keep adding reps and cardio as you improver your physical abilities, like for example every few weeks or in a month add minutes on the elliptical or reps of situps!. Ellipticals also give you the freedom to TUrn up the endurance, so maybe after you get used to it for a few weeks add up the tension!. Its good excercise routin and im sure it will show Results :)!Www@Answer-Health@Com

As per my calculations, your weight as it is is ideal for your age and height!.Your current Body Mass Index is 20!.8 kg/m2!. you are doing fine!. you are in teens, till the age of 20 you will gain muscles and weight!.
i would suggest that when you are around 16/17 keep a trainer so that you can built your body!.
