Question: In about how long will i see results when I'm doing cardio 45m a day and eating once a day!?
I eat once a day since I've noticed ever since i stopped eating school food I've lost weight and now I'm hopping on the treadmill to loose weight!. What are some snacks that won't make me fat when I get hungry!? My treadmill reads between 250-300 calories burnt is that good for a beginner!? I am 5ft7in around 180-200lbs and 16 any tips or routines to loose the extra weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating only once a day really isn't good for, it will also cause you to lose less weight!. If you are going the whole day without food then your blood glucose levels will drop significantly by the end of the day, this will cause you to feel lethargic and irritable!. Meaning you lose concentration for school work, you won't want to exercise as hard when it comes down to it!. When it comes to meal time your body will be demanding high energy or energy dense foods, and you are more likely to seek out those foods which are considered 'unhealthy' alternatives and end up consuming more calories than you normally would!.

It also has another significant effect on your body, when the body sees its not getting any more energy it starts trying to work more efficiently and hold onto those extra calories, it will lower your basal metabolic rate (which is actually what causes the lethargy and poor concentration) to try and expend less energy!. This is the main factor involved in actually burning up calories we consume, although exercise does cause you to burn more calories the real benefit is that regular exercise causes the body to turn up this metabolic rate and gives us more energy throughout the day!.
