When you're stressed there are many workouts that could help you!. It really depends what you prefer!. Though sometimes it helps when you are stressed to be alone, a lot of these things could be fun with a friend too!.

Not Athletic:
-walk
-light stretching
-light yoga
-ice skating

Moderately Athletic:
-jogging
-stretching
-yoga
-horseback riding
-rock climbing
-everything mentioned above

Athletic:
-running
-palates
