Weight training & high impact interval training are two of the best ways to boost your metabolism!. Both will do far more to boost your metabolism than steady state cardio like jogging (which does stop burning calories shortly after you finish)!.
Eat 5-6 small meals a day, making sure you have protein in each one and EITHER carbs or fat with it, but not both!. Run for a minute walk for 2 then run for 1 then walk for 2 and on and on and on and eat healthy :):):)
