heavy weight low reps and sets!.
if you can lift a weight 6 times, add 5lbs to that if you can do it 6 times get off and put more weight on and keep going till you can only the lift the weight 1 time and stop!.
i recommend you workout your legs a lot more than your chest and arms!. also workout your back to!.
Bench press, Squats, barbell bent rows, dumbell bent rows, dips, barbell curls, dumbbell lunges, calf raises, and shrugs!.
take note please have a spotter with you that will help you out for your safety!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if ur skinny than ur goin to want to eat alot more,food is a big part of getting stonger and im not talkin junk food im mean like lean meat like chicken and also veggies!.if u on the heavy side then your goin to want to do some cardio like running and lift more also eat healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com
strength only then 3-5 sets, 5 reps per set and 4=5 minutes rest between sets!. bench press, squat bentover row and curls!. if u want to get alot bigger then lower the rest between sets and add more sets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
