Question: Are energy drinks bad for you!?
I drink 4-5 energy drinks a day!.!.!.!. That's just to stay awake!. What are the long term effects of energy drinks!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It can be very hazardous for your health longterm!.!.!.short term it won't do much!.

These energy drinks have a lot of sugar and caffeine in them!.!.what this does is it causes and instant rise in blood glucose levels!. If you're doing this 4-5 times a day, your beta cells in your liver may become resistant to proper insulin uptake and it may result in type 2 diabetes over time!.

1 is fine!.!.!.but 4-5 a day is pushing it!. Again, if you have 4-5 in one day about once a month, it won't do much probably!. But if you're doing it everyday, it can't be good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The problem with energy drinks is that they become dependent, like you said, and I quote! "That's just to stay awake!." Your body shouldn't have to rely on energy drinks to stay away!. Your body should have the nutrients and vitamins to be able to function in the long run!.
Take a look at your diet, does it provide nutrients, and no not "fake" nutrients like for example!.!.!.you go to the grocery store and see a new kind of energy drink and it says "LOTS OF VITAMIN A!!!!" Thats not nutrition!. An apple, is nutrition!.
Read the ingredients!.
If you really wanna get technical, high fructose corn syrup causes constipation and clogging of the colon, if it has aspartame, it will mess up your metabolism, which doesnt always mean you'll get fat, it could mean that you start becoming malnutritioned!. Energy drinks have a lot of sugar in them which in the long run will damage vital internal organs because usually sugar is bleached first, so imagine pouring some bleach in your energy drinks, thats what youre drinking!. Dont do that, its just an analogy or metaphor or w/e lol!.!.!.

Fine in moderation if you're healthy enough!. Drinking 4-5 a day is not good, you can form a level of addiction to the caffeine which is inherently stronger, and if you stop suddenly you could suffer blood sugar level drops or cravings where you become dependant!.

Ok for healthy adults as a one off, certainly not recommended for children!.

If you are drinking 4-5 of these a day to stay awake, you should really be evaluating why you are so tired in the first place!Www@Answer-Health@Com

they're loaded with sugar, which gives you energy!.
the point of energy drink is that they'll give you more energy as the name suggests and which will help you burn what you've drank!.
they're not a type of drink to drink all the time unless you have a daily exercise routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They are very bad!. Notice how they don't have a Nutrition Facts on the can!? It doesn't tell you how much sugar is in them, and just by taking a sip, you know there's 12455384957grams of sugar!.!. I was over-exagerrating!.!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Very high in caffine ! I did that for a few months and after stopping cold turkey , I would get headaches from the caffine withdrawls!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
