Question: I have an hour-glass shape and dont want to lose it during turkeyday and christmas what should i do!?

eat only veggies and stuff that doesn't have alot of fat in it!. dont drink anything that has alot of sugar, like soda!. THEN exersize after thanksgiving and chrismas !.also, try to laugh alot because it burns calories Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's hard!. But what I do is stick to around 1,700 to 2,000 calories a day until the important events occur!. But when the day does come don't over eat to much and don't have seconds!. Make sure you don't have more than one cheat day a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
