Eat less sweets, and more veggies!. Drink more water and less soda!. Also, get your friends to come and do fun exercises with you!.

I recommend the banana diet for you, it is very simple and very cheap way to lose weight!.
all you need to do is eat a banana in the morning and drink a glass of water in the morning and you will see the weight come off

relax your still going through puberty, so youll expand and grow taller!. just eat healthy and get plenty of sleep

You just have to watch what you eat, and walk a lot!. You're still young so you'll be fine!. Once you get older and start gaining trust me it's hard to lose, so stay as you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
