Question: What are the best exercises for your butt!?
What should I do if I want to tone my butt!? How long do I have to do it before I see results and how do I do them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

run up and down some stairs!. or with a box besides a wall go up and down switching legs!. bout a month you'll see results not perfect but you'll see them in bout 4-5 months your booty will be hot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay, this works for me!.
i stand on one leg with my arms together straight out in front of me and the other leg extended behind me!. then i curl the leg that is in the air towards my butt and hold, then release but keep my leg in the air still!. i dont that about 10-15 times and then switch to the other leg, and repeat once!.
you'll see results probably in about 3 weeks!.
oh, and do it either everyday or every other day, whatever you prefer!.
