Good workout? Not sure?!


Question: Good workout!? Not sure!?
I think I have a good workout going at the moment, but just to make sure, Im gonna post my little workout Thing below!. (I'm 15, Male, 5 foot) yes!.!. I'm very short for my height, but Im growing! Just this summer I grew about 3 inches!.!.!. Anyways, you don't want to hear about my life story, So here it is!.
Bicep curls
2x10
1 minute rest in between
2!.5kg x 2

Hahah, well if you want blasted biceps than I suppose that's an alright workout!. However, it is only going to work your biceps!. If you want a full workout, you need to add some tricep and shoulder exercises in there with your dumb bells!. And yeas, sweating and increases heart rate are good signs, but if you want to work your entire arm than you need many more exercises for different muscles!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
