Question: Should I eat more!? Advice Please !?
I workout, and 15, male, 5 feet!.!. and VERY skinny!.!. i mean!.!. like 80 pounds skinny!.!.!. Should I be eating ALOT because I workout as well!? i want to gain weight because I know this is the time that I'm growing, I've already put on a few inches during the summer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should not force feed yourself!. If you eat protein, not too much fats or carbs you will be fine!. You are still growning!. I remember a classmate of mine, he did not catch up till he was 19! Then it hit him all at once!. He is Hawaiian and Flip!. That at your age is

Find some sensible guys where you workout and ask them for a few pointers/tips!. Check out the Muscle/Fitness magazines and read what the body builders do!. Most started out just like you!. Of course they are older and look at them now!

if i were you i would try to eat at least 3000 calories a day since u work out!. Also take a protein shake a day with a high quality whey protein, fruit, 2% milk, peanut butter, and ice!. just try to eat as much as you canWww@Answer-Health@Com
