Which of these is the healthiest lunch?!


Question: Which of these is the healthiest lunch!?
im not really worried about the calories!.!.!. i just want to know which would be the healthiest and why!?

Lunch 1: Almond butter sandwich (2 slices whole wheat bread and 2 tbsp almond butter) - 400 calories
and 1 cup of grapes - 60 calories

Lunch 2: Turkey and lettuce sandwich on whole wheat bread (1 whole wheat sandwich roll, 2 slices turkey, 3 pieces of lettuce) -180 calories
1 serving almonds- 170 calories
1 cup grapes- 60 calories

Lunch 3: Homemade fried rice (1 cup brown rice, 2/3 cup peas, 1 egg, 1 tbsp soy sauce) [NO OIL ADDED] - 330 calories
1 cup grapes- 60 calories

Lunch 4: Peanutbutter and banana sandwich on whole wheat bread (2 slices whole wheat bread, 2 tbsp peanutbutter, 1 medium banana) - 510 calories

Lunch 5: Cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread (3 slices fat free cheese and 2 slices whole wheat bread) - 290 calories
1 cup grapes- 60 calories
1 serving almonds- 170 calories

which is the healthiest and why!?
if none of them are, what would you recommened for a healthy lunch!?

or Lunch 6: 1 cup lentil or bean soup- 160 calories (or 1 cup split pea or vegetable soup!?- 140 calories)

Answers:
Choice 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 are very healthy!.
Choice 2 contains turkey which provides you protein!. The lettuce doesn't really do much!. It is basically just water, especially iceberg lettuce!. You're using whole wheat bread, that's a thumbs up!. You are having nuts, which is another good protein to keep you full longer and grapes are fruits!. You need several servings of them!.
Choice 4 is healthy, not as healthy as choice 2 but it's good enough!. A banana and peanutbutter contains many protein and keeps you full long too!. You may be hungrier then number 2 only because you have less food in it!.
Choice 5 is healthy too but not as healthy as choice 2 again!. Too much cheese can be fattening!. Although, it is fine to have it once a while!. The grapes and almonds are good additionals!.
Choice 6 & 7 are healthy because of the soup!. Soup is great if it is cooked properly!. It usually helps keep people full and low in calories!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i say go for the peanut butter and banana sandwich as long as the peanut butter is all natural and the whole wheat bread is made with natural ingredients!. it gives you a lot of protein and whole wheat to keep you from getting hungry again too soon!. you could use the almond butter if you wanted as long as (there again) it's all natural, just ground up nuts!. the banana is superior to the grapes for nutrition!. ** also to note, if you're going to eat a turkey sandwich fine as long as long as the turkey is not lunch meat!. lunch meat is not good for you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent carb!.remember potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category, 25 per cent protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
