What exercises should I do to make some muscles?!


Question: What exercises should I do to make some muscles!?
I want muscles because I'm a martial artist but I want you to tell me what exercises should be avoided and done cuz I don't want to become bulky,I just want to be physically fit(athletic body) not to have a big body,I don't need big muscles!. Thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can do lots of pushups and pull ups!. They make you really strong and fit without adding too much bulk!. Don't weight-lift too much!. And swimming is a great exercise for losing excess weight it all parts of the body!. And it will give you superb stamina and lung capacity!. Eat really good and don't eat too much junk food!.
