Question: Can you help me think of all the good-tasting, HEALTHY breakfast meals there are!?
Answers:
My favorite: 1 little cup of Activia Yogurt, mix it with a little plain yogurt!.!.then add 1/4 cup of granola (they healthy kind!.!.not the sugar-coated, carbo-loaded kind!)!.!.maybe even add a small banana for fun!. Drink this with a low-cal protein shake!.!.and you have a fairly balanced, good-tasting, healthy, FILLING breakfast!

my fav:1/2 cup kashi autumn wheat,1/2 cup low-fat chocolate milk,1 banana,sliced/1/2 tbspn raisins!.WHEE :D

sometimes,i'll have:1 whole grain toast,1/2 tbspn nutella&1/2 tbspn raisins/1/2 tbspn strawberry jam with 1/2 cup low-fat chocolate milk!.

once a week:1 small(4' by 3') square waffle OR 1 small (4') round pancake,with 1/2 tbspn nutella&1/2 tbspn raisins/1/2 tbspn strawberry jam with 1/2 cup low-fat chocolate milk!.

i mostly eat fiber,fruit and dairy for breakfast!.then ill have fiber meat,vege and dairy for lunch!.followed by fiber and fruit for dinner!.no snacks!.BON APETIT!Www@Answer-Health@Com

English muffins with low fat margarine and cooked mushrooms or low fat cream cheese!.

I personally love low fat muesli, topped with extra nuts and fruit, and some strawberry yoghurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
