Question: Can I loose 10 kg in a month with a diet like this!?
Breakfast: Cereal!.
Lunch: A slice of bread with tuna or chocolate spread!.
Dinner: Noodles or rice!.

To start with, 10 kg in a month is too much - even if you manage to lose it that quickly, you will be prone to regain it soon - the so -called yo yo effect!.
Secondly, I don't think such a diet will help you!. It doesn't give you enough good energy and you will get malnutritioned not providing enough good energy!. Instead what you get is some empty calories from chocolate and noodles, which have little or no fibre!.
If you really want to lose weight, eat lots of vegetables, some fruit wholegrain bread, fish and lean meat!. Avoid sweets, noodles and fattening sauces!. If you really like noodles, choose wholegrain and try eating brown rice instead of basmati or anything else!. Drink a lot of water or green tea and exercise!.
Remember, you won't lose weight if you don't change your bad eating habits and if you don't exercise!.

It is possible to lose that amount of weight in a month, but is not the best way of losing weight!.

A calorie controlled diet with regular exercise would be better, but don't try to over do it and lose it all at once!.

A goal of 6-7kg in a month if you are overweight would be a better target, and try to keep it at that rate until you reach your goalWww@Answer-Health@Com

With 5-8 cups of water a day!. - not cups but mega glasses of 8-10 water!.

I don't think you will, unless you do a serious amount of excersize!

10kg = 22lbs, and 1lbs of fat is approx 3500 calories!.

So in total you need to burn an excess of 77000 caloris in the month, or approx 2566 per day!.

Your body is only going to be using on average 1800 - 2000 per day in normal conditions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmmmm that doesn't sound like you are really getting all the essentials your body needs!.!.!. and also do u feel full after you've eaten it!?

Impossible you would need at least six to eight months time,Do not try the diet you have mentioned as this will leave you weak and to get out of that you will have to eat again which will increase your fat further!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hurmm I have done this!.!. to loose 10 kg I don't think so!.!.unless you cut off noodle and rice, replace it with something that contain more fiber!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
