Should I workout or take a walk first?!


Question: Should I workout or take a walk first!?
I'm working out today, and I usually lift weights, lower back extensions, lunges and squats, the russian twist, and a lot of other things!. But should I go for my long walk first!? or workout first!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

three phases of exercise:
warm-up
work-out
cool-down

you can either walk as a warm-up or cool-down!.
it's best to do both, but i usually just do a cool-down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think a short walk or jog first is better so it gets ur blood flowing and loosens up your muscles but even before that some proper stretching is mandatoryWww@Answer-Health@Com

i think walk first so it loosens you up, but walking after would be a nice warm down, so whateverWww@Answer-Health@Com
