Question: Add muscle mass with a fast metabolism!?
i am 15 6'1 and 141 pounds i just started working out about two weeks ago and i started to eat a full breakfast and a full lunch and eat every chance i get diet variety's meat,rice,ceral,pizza,fruit,candy bars and watever i can find all as well as workout every day at the school wieght room til my whole upper body is sore only resting wednesdays and weekends!. i still have yet to gain any weight and i don't really look any different but i can bench more then i used to b4 125 now 145!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't really know where the question is, but!.!.!.

Muscle burns fat, Muscle basically speeds up your metabolism!.
If you are trying to gain muscle mass, then look into high protein low fat foods!.

There are 2 types of protein!.

Complete, and Incomplete!.

The complete ones are what you get from other animals such as pork, beef, chicken, etc!. These help you a lot with muscle growth if you are working out!.

The incomplete ones are rice, soy beans, corn, etc!. They are incomplete because they don't contain enough amino acids in order to recuperate your muscles, so in order to complete them, take 2 of the same type together!. Ex!. Rice and Soy Beans!.

Also do not only work your upper body!. Don't limit yourself to only that!. Add a day or so where you are working lower body to because the muscles you work the more fat you burn, especially the thigh muscles, they are the biggest and toughest of most people's muscle groups!.

As for looking good, people find it weird to have a big upper body and small lower body, I sorta have this problem and going to need to take care of it soon enough!.

I don't get it, what's your question!? And you shouldn't strain yourself that much for that long anyway!. Your schedule should be work 1 day-rest 1 day-work 1 day-etc!.

And stop eating so much junk food!. If you want muscle mass added on eat a lot of meat and get some proteins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get more calories to burn in the mornings when you do GYM

A bodyBuilder once told me that you need to eat a TON and eat fast food too to slow down the metabolism and lift really heavy when your lifting weights!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

u have to take 5-6 meals daily !.!.!.!.!. last 2 meals shouldnt be heavy!.!.!.!.!.take minimum 3000 calories daily!.!.!.!.!.!.do weight traning instead of cardio !.!.!. it will boost ur metabolism !.!.!.!.!. protien intake should be min!. 140 gram !.!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know exactly where you're at because ive had the same problem!. im 18 a wrestler and have tried a lot of diff supplements to help me put on more mass!. go to you're local gnc, get optimum nutrition whey protein!. its the best protein you can get, doesn't taste bad and isn't the most expensive!. take one gram of protein for every pound you weigh!. split up the shakes 2 times a day and take around 50 grams in each shake!. then consume the last 40 grams in the food you eat!. the thing with this is though you have to make sure you are working out hard enough for your muscles to fully use the protein because if not it will go to waste in your body!. also get eas phosphagen elite!. its the best possible creatine that you can get and just follow the instructions on the bottle!. as far as your workouts each workout shouldnt go any longer than 1 hr!. go into the gym and bust a$$ for a good hr!. also make sure youre doing legs because the legs are such a large muscle the indirectly work out the other muscles because they release so much testosterone!. and last dont get discouraged!. if you do it right you should see results withing 2 weeks and major changes in 2-3 monthsWww@Answer-Health@Com
