Yes!. Green tea helps you lose weight, but only if you drink A LOT of it!. You would probably need to buy the cold green tea in the big glass bottles at health food stores (places like Trader Joes) and drink many glasses per day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some teas fill you up so you dont feel hungry during the day!.
I would recommend about 2-3 cups of tea!.
My favorites are Chai, and Tetley tea!Www@Answer-Health@Com
