Question: I would really likey to lose weight !?
im 13
and im 178 lbs!.
i know im overweight and it really starts to bug me
i love my figure i just have extra fat that i would like to at LEAST turn to muscle
mainly in my thighs and stomach
im a size 15-16 in juniors
and i would like to get to a 9
help with exercises, foods to eat, length of time it will take anything =]

When losing weight I find its essential to do these two things!.
1!. Lose the fat, nothing more
2!. Build muscle over the fat
To lose weight, you need to run for at least 1 hour every day, eat wheat cereal for breakfast, and eat meats for dinner!. You don't have to go crazy with other exercises, but running is essential!. 2!. Push- ups and leg- lifts my friend!. You don't have to buy anything at all for excesses, just push- ups and leg- lifts!. Depending on how tall you are and how big you are, you may need to lose only 30 pounds, while if you're smaller than you'll have to lose more!. To truly get fit it'll take about a year!. First off your 13, so intense exercise is a no no - this means weight lifting!.

Cardio would be your best friend in this case!. Pick up some sports like basketball, football, soccer, or track!. They all involve intense cardio and conditioning!. If you want to hit the weights go with the basics since they will allow you to build a great frame!.

Squat
Deadlift
Bench
Pull-ups/Chin-ups
Sit-ups

Make sure to ask a gym teacher or someone else knowledgeable if your doing them right!.

To loose wieght stick to high reps 8-12!. If you want strength you got for lower reps 3-5!.

DIET!!
Diet is key in any weight loss regime!. Make sure to watch the amount of fats and complex carbs or anything with high fructose corn syrup, that you eat!.

Also look up Rippetoe Starting Strength!. But i dont think you should start this until your at least 15!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

my advice is to join the gym or find some exercise that is fun 4 u!. also try cutting out snacks and if u do snack make them healthy or have a drink!.

alow yourself to still eat your fav foods, just do it in moderation no upsizes of food at takeaways!.
simple things can do alot!.

but dont overdo it and remebeer to hav breakfaast as it kickstarts your metabolism just make sure its healthy like musli with low fat milk!. (light and tasty berry is yum lol)

Drink water, avoid any junk food at all (When I was a teen, cutting out potato chips from my diet alone made me lose 5lbs,) and work out!. Like somebody else said, work out for at least 30min a day!. Jog for 15 and do toning exercises for the rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat healthy k cereal!.!.!.!.!.!.run every day!.!.just take a jog and listen to ur ipod if u have one!.!.!.!.!.!.!.do not eat ice cream more then once a week(if you wanna loose weight!) it would be even better if you dont eat ice cream! eat apples,carrots!.!.!.!.!.drink water and whatever you eat look at how many caleries it has!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you should definitely exercise more!. I would say about 30 min a day!. But start slow and them gradually increase to the harder things!. also eat less!. And if you feel hungry eat and apple!. But talk to your doctor before you do anything bigWww@Answer-Health@Com

Never eat after 6 pm and run and do sit ups everymorning an hour before breakfast and try not to eat sugary foods!. drink lots of water!. works for me like a charm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
