Question: Slimming world I need to lose weight quite quick as in before new year!.!?

1)if all it took to lose weight was eating less and doing more then why are there fat people!?
2)carbs are the enemy,eat no more than 30 grams per day

not to condone diet pills but I've been taking a new pill called dren and I've lost 4 lbs!. in 4-5 days!.!.!.one pill a day!.!.!.exercise and eat small nutritious portions with it tooWww@Answer-Health@Com
