Diet schedule okay for the brain?!


Question: Diet schedule okay for the brain!?
Will there be any significant damage if I skip all three meals once every two days!? Or maybe skip lunch and dinner!?

Furthermore, when I do eat food, is the following a good makeup of what's needed to keep the brain up and running!? (I'm doing some intense studying so brain power is needed!.)
Breakfast: Fruit salad - Basically all the fruit I can find with ease: Banana, apple, orange, blueberry, grapefruit and a cup of pure Pomegranate juice!. Maybe some porridge too!.
Lunch: Salad (tomatoes, carrots, lettuce, cucumber)and chicken/tuna!. I might add a bit of onion every few days or so!.
Dinner: Same as lunch but if I had chicken in the afternoon, I'd have tuna in the evening!.

Is this okay!? Should I take some other supplements!? Vitamins etc!.

No that is bad bad bad and let me point something out to you!.

Fruit is full of sugar!. Do not eat too much!.

Secondly, most of your veg are sweet ones, tomatoes carrots etc all have the most sugar of vegetables!.

You need to eat things like lean plain chicken, tuna, oats, whole grain cereal!.

If you skip meals you're in for a world of trouble!. Your body won't know what's going on!. You need at LEAST 1000 calories a day and probably 1500 and not more than that!.

To lose weight you need to eat healthy for a long time if you currently have a bad diet!. Or eat healthy and excerise!. Excercise loses weight!.

I hope you are looking forward to being even fatter than you are, because that's what's going to happen and you might even end up with some fun medical problems too like the very painful gout!

Do not, I repeat do not, skip meals!. That is the best way to put ON weight unless you plan to never eat normally again!.

dont skip meals! ur not even eating enough to fuel ur brain actually to do that u want a high protein/carb breakfast soo add in some egg beaters or a chicken breast or something
lunch make sure u get at least 5oz chicken and add some olive oil over it
have a snack maybe a protien bar or a granola bar w/ milk
dinner add a glass of milk on the side

yes, it will be very harmful!. i cant say that what ur eating is unhealthy, becos it is healthy, but ur eating too little!. do not cut down on ur food intake!. probably do power work outs in the gym for 30 mins to 45 mins regularly,n u will notice a change!.
