Question: Best time of day for a run!?
For a person who is eating healthy and wanting to lose some weight, when would be the best time to jog!?

Before breakfast!? After breakfast!? Before lunch!?

whoo, right when you wake up!. Even though its hard to get out of bed, there is a nice quick trick to do the night before:

put out your running clothes, and put your running shoes right next to your bed!. Wake up (any time that is best for you), immediately put on the shoes and step outside!. Then!.!.!.!.just start, after about a minute, you'll be good!.

it depends on if your a morning person or not, if you are you can go before breakfast to help burn the previous nights calories
