Answers:
the best way to get leaner looking abs is actually to jog or do some toher cardio work!. to make your abs visible it is very hard to make them become bigger like many other muscles!. the way people have washboard stomachs is by not having much of a fat layer over them!.

but what you may be experiencing is a sort of immunity to the pain!. your body realised it hasnt doing any good telling you its hurting so your brain stops analysing it!. or you may have stopped doing them properly!.

try holding a crunch for 2sec instead of doing a full sit up and this will show you what ab pain is!. hahaWww@Answer-Health@Com

You don't burn fat off your abs by doing sit-ups!. Getting abs to show has little to do with ab workouts and far more to do with diet & burning fat off your body!. Sit-ups will build the muscle, but you're still going to have that layer of fat on top of 'em!.

The best way to boost your metabolism & burn fat is to get to a gym and lift! Do big compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, bench press, shoulder press, & rows!.

If you can't join a gym do some HIIT!. Sprint for 20 seconds, jog for 40!. Repeat for 20-30 minutes!. HIIT will also boost your metabolism!. Just doing cardio like jogging, biking, etc, will simply burn calories!.

What's your diet look like!? Ditch the junk, eat about 500 calories under your maintenance intake, keep it balanced - 40% carbs, 40% protein, & 20% fat, split up among 5-6 meals a day to keep your metabolism cranked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're actually toning your abs muscles!.

Fat is the main fuel for the body during distance running for more than 40 minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
