Question: Help with gaining muscle!?
Im 16 yrs old 5 ft 11 and 155-160kg, im looking to gain muscle, what is a good workout plan and diet, and how many times a weeek should i beee training

you should be training each muscle once per week,
and u must train everything, shoulders, back, legs, triceps, biceps,chest!.!.!. train all those muslces once a week each
and train the abs everyother day!.

workout for 40 - 60 mins a session
one or two muslces per workout


you need to take glutamine
and whey protein

I would go to bodybuilding!.com and search for brad pitt workout and get that one, if you would like to get as much muscle and get as fit as he was in fight club then I would pick that one, I did and I'm almost there man!. I can't remember if it tells you how long to do it for, but every workout plan that I've picked in the past, seems like 12 weeks does really good, thats about 3 months!. If you don't want that one then just search for workout plans on bodybuilding!.com & you will find lots of good workout plans!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I started at 160lbs a few months ago and gained 20lbs in the first three month following the routine in the muscle guide!.
