I would start by drinking a lot of water, or cranberry juice!. Drink at least 6 bottles of water a day!. Then go to the gym for an hour per day and do a lot of running or walking at a high incline!. Try to eat smaller meals as well, and eat a lot of fruit!. I would also recommend drinking a bottle of water, or substituting the cranberry juice as a 'snack' when you feel like eating just for the sake of snacking on something!. More water, smaller portions, and more exercise, and you should lose that weight quickly!. Don't be hungry though! Start eating less and less every day!.


After I had my baby, I immediately picked a time of the day (3pm) and ate special K at that time, every day!.

Every 2 weeks I reward myself!. I sat down at Applebee's and ate a more healthier meal from there!.

The less you eat, your stomach will shrink, and you will be hungry less and forget to think about it!. Food won't be your top priority any longer!.

I was overweight for most of my life and no diet ever worked!. I lost about 30 pounds in 3 months on my own special diet!.It goes like this:

there's nothing wrong with what you way!. im 5'7 and weigh 152 pounds!. i may not look it but i am!. just be happy with who you are but if you really want to lose just 15 pounds don't eat consistently throughout the day!. make breakfast your largest meal nad lunch the smallest!. also drink a glass of water before each meal to make you feel more full!. hope my tips help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
