Please help me!!!! I'm a binge eater?!


Question: Please help me!!!! I'm a binge eater!?
I'm on my diet for a steady week, and every time I see something good, I look away, until I just can't take it anymore!. But my problem is that once I "cheat" a little bit, I want more and more until it turns into an all out binge and my entire weeks worth of work is ruined!. I figure if I ate that one thing what harm could an extra cookie do, and the cycle continues until ive eaten a pack of cookies, and a dozen donuts!.!.!. I have a serious problem and im scared!. I need some advice!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi,

The key is not to force yourself to leave the things you like out of your diet!.

A Kit-Kat, Snicker, Mars bar cookie, etc are all fattening if you eat them extra to your meals!.

This is what to do:-

If you have a treat that you fancy or crave for, cut one up into bite sized pieces and keep them wrapped in cling film in the fridge!.

When the urge gets to much take one piece out of the fridge, shut the door, go into a different room, or outside and eat that one piece slowly just to satisfy the craving!.

If you need another later on do the same again, but always walk away before you eat it!.

Even if you eat the whole Mars or Kit-kat through the day is better than eating one or two at the same time!.

Feeding your craving in small doses, spread out, should keep the binging away!.

If that is you in the avatar photo all I can say is you are beautiful and if the rest of you looks like the top half I don't know why you are dieting in the first place!.

I am the same way!. I tried drinking more water or having healthy snacks with me at all times!. It's hard at first to deny to sugar snacks you're craving but just force yourself to eat the healthy snacks you have with you!. I eat a lot of yogurt because it takes longer to eat it, and it's filling!. Also drinking a bottle of water, or using those crystal light packages in water to switch it up may help!. Eating things like peppermints, or chewing gum I also found helpful!. Just always have a healthy snack or distraction like gum with you so you can pop that in your mouth as distract yourself from the fattening sweets!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry, but there is nothing I can do to help you!. You have to help YOURSELF!. What I say isn't going to give you the will power to lose the weight!.
Just think:
"When you feel like giving up, think about what kept you going for so long"
And, have a "role model" body so whenever you look at them you feel like you shouldn't eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If that's you in your profile photo, then you are young enough to over come just about any amount of caloric intake with exercise!.

When I was that age, I ate everything in site!.!.!.!. all the time!. However, I ran 12 miles per day and remained very lean!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
