Question: How many calories should I eat everyday for weight loss!?
I am 23, 5"3, 195 pounds at 40% body fat!.!.!. I usually eat 3000 to 4000 calories a day!. How many do you think I should eat!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should eat around 1200-1800, 1200 is very low but with resistance training it should be safe for your first couple of months!. Your high body fat percentage allows you to safely have a higher calorie deficit!. 1200 is hard to maintain though so I might recommend around 1600, this should lead to about a 1!.5-2!.5 pound weight loss per week(This is based on me estimating your BMR so take it with a grain of salt!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are eating WAY too many calories in a day for your body type!. I was 195 and 5'7" and I had to keep my calorie consumption to between 1700 and 1900 calories daily!.

It depends on your body type, but I can tell you right off the bat you are going to have to cut your consumption IN HALF! Try cutting out all unhealthy things such as soda or sugary foods!. If you have to, do a cleanse to help curb your cravings!. Increase your vegetablee consumption because they are better for you and will help you to feel more full sooner, and you can eat more without consuming too many calories!.

I lost thirty pounds in two months!.!.!.!.I also started exercising!.!.!.!.five days a week!. You need to increase your cardio levels and get your heart rate up in order to lose the weight!

Go down to about 2,500 as your body needs to be a gradual change!. You cant go to eating hardly anything!.

Eat more veg and fruit, Eat meat, fish, carbs!.
Instead of eating chocolate, crisps or any other fatty food, replace with fruits, yoghurts etc!.
Only drink water and exercise throughly!. You need to exercise every other day untill you sweat as part of your routine of losing weight!.

your BMI (or body mass indicator) is 34!.5 which is considered obese!. Your daily intake should be around 2900!. But, don't let these numbers bring you down!. I used to have a BMI of 35 and I now have a BMI of 21, I'll give you some really easy hits that don't take much effort!. eat 5-6 meals a day (or every two hours) but make sure they are each only a couple servings!. 1000 calories a day is fine!. You might want to join a weight loss club like WeightWatchers!. They sell food in a yellow box, I think only 100 calories each!. Theres a great new food out there called SmartOnes!. They're in a red box in the Frozen section, they microwave directions are on the side of the box!. If you are a woman (I'm sorry, I don't know given that "Jaime" could be either male or female), then you should be eating 1200-1500 calories/day to lose weight!. It sounds like very little, but you'll get used to it! Just decrease your portions!. If you're male, eat 1500-1800 calories/day!.

You need to go down to between 1500-2000 calories a day!. Also, make sure you workout!. Don't get lazy!. You can do sit-ups in front of the t!.v!. or some DB curls while you're eating!. (Eating veggies)Www@Answer-Health@Com

for you, 2000 would be safe but 1500 is the lowest you should go and thats dangerous
