How can I lose weight since my eating habits are hard to handle?!


Question: How can I lose weight since my eating habits are hard to handle!?
I simply cannot stop eating bread!. I like it so much!. In spite of this I can do an effort to lose weight since I have almost 200 lbs and I want to lose maybe 40 Lbs!.
My daily routine does not allow me to go to a gym to sweat a little!. My work schedule and the traffic is devastating and I have no time to go out to walk or run!.
I've tried Herbalife products but I don't trust them at all!.
If you are thinking of recommending me to eat vegetables, it is better for you to save your yourself your advices since I am not a friend of them!. I usually eat some salad with my meals, but you won't see me eating carrots and celery during my work or while I see a movie!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might consider praying if this is important to you!.
if you ask God to relieve you of the desire to eat bread each time before you start your meal and ask him again after the meal to keep you from eating bread between meals and do this on a regular basis it will help you to control this problem!.
Nothing works better than asking for help and following it with strenuous action!.
It is your weight problem and if you don't do the work; then it will continue to be your problem!.

Well it is absolutely normal to procrastinate when it comes to physical exercise!.

You do not have to exercise vigorously to reap health benefits!. You can still stay healthy if you do moderate-intensity physical activity for at least 30 minutes per day, 5 days a week!.

The 30 minutes can be broken down into 10 min segment throughout the day!.

You gotta find time to exercise, and eat healthy!. You must eat healthy even if you don't like to!. I hate most of the food i eat on a daily basis but I'd rather eat that and look and feel good about my body than to eat junk and be overweightWww@Answer-Health@Com
