Question: Will this diet make me gain or loose weight!?
I am currently 80 pounds and 5 feet tall!. I am sick currently and I only ate about 500 calories (80 carbs/grams) yesterday and a little bit more today since it's Thanksgiving!. Anyway yesterday I ate:
no breakfast
about 5 bites of Progresso Soup
Ice Cream (1 cup)
then
again
Ice Cream (about 2 cups)!.
Then today:
Special K Cereal (100 Calories)
Turkey
Rice (1 cup)
About 4 bites of stuffing
then also a little bit of ice cream Carvel Cake
then Carvel Saucer Cake thing lol!.
I only had like 1,000 calories IN TWO DAYS!.

This is a really bad diet!. 500 calories a day is starvation! Keep it up and you'll lose weight!.!.!. but you'll be losing muscle! You REALLY don't want to be doing that, because this will lower your metabolism, meaning you can eat even LESS food without putting on weight!. Triggering your body's starvation response like this is no good, because once you start eating more, you'll pack the weight straight back on!.!.!. and twice as bad since your metabolism is lower!

Plus, you're not getting any vitamins, minerals and fibre, but you're eating a lot of sugar and fat!. You'll turn into a skinny-fat person!.!.!. i!.e even though you may look small, you'll have a high body fat percentage, so you'll look soft, still have cellulite, and just look gross to be honest!.

You will probably gain weight with this diet!. Calories aren't everything, there is also fat, carbohydrates, and various other things to consider!. (You also ate more than 1000 calories in two days)

It sounds like you eat a lot of high-carb, high-fat level foods, which will accumulate in your body over time and make you gain weight!. You should be eating more fruits and vegetables to balance your diet, or at LEAST be taking a multivitamin!.

If you exercise regularly, you may not put on weight, but depending on how active you are, you probably will!. No matter what, this is a pretty unhealthy diet to live off of!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to eat way more food (healthy food), that list of foods tells me your not giving your body enough fuel to do what it needs to do!. Sure you'll lose weight if you eat like that but you won't have much energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
