i took it!.!.!.!.it did lower my appitite
but that pill has more cafeene than a 12 pack of sodas
i would take one in the morning, and still couldnt go to sleep that night!.!.!.plus the dosages are rediculous 3 pills a day!.!.!.its not worth itt trust me
