Question: What has lots of protein for they gym!?
I have started hitting the gym to get buff (am 18 years old), and obviously need a lot of proteins, but I can't take any of the protein shakes or bars coz they contain milk and I'm allergic to milk!. So just how much protein does say a piece of chicken breast contain!?!? Or a meat patty!?!? Thanx for the help!. Any other tips would be helpful too!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you just get a pack of canned salmon, that has about the top protein you're going to find in some easy to get foods!.
Don't forget you also need to balance you're diet out with some fats too though!. There is such a thing as protein poisoning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Foods like chicken, tuna, beans, steak, and eggs are all key protein foods!.
Some companies also make buckwheat protein powders - no whey / milk based protein!. Check with your local supplement store to see if they can recommend some!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
