Question: Easy ways to loose about 5 pounds!?
I'm 15 years old, 5'5 and about 125 lbs!. I grew a lot in the past year!. My mom told me that I'm "getting heavy!." lol, I don't want to become anorexic or anything, just maybe loose a little weight!. Thanks! :) ?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No matter whether you are fat or not, it is very important for you to lead a healthy lifestyle!. When you are healthy, you will not be fat definitely!. Here's what you can do:

1!. Eating healthily-Balanced meals with more fruits and vegetables!. Drink lots of water as it can help get rid of toxins and help in weight loss!.
2!. Eat small but regular meals-Instead of eating three big meals a day, try to cut down your food portion but increase your number of meals!. This will help you to stop feeling hungry all the time!.
3!. Do not skip meals!. Basically, your metabolism will slow down and you will store more fat!. Please eat your breakfast but it is important to ensure that your meals are healthy!. You can lose weight by skipping dinner of course, but when you eat dinner again after you have achieve your weight loss target, you might gain back the weight easily or even more!.
4!. You can still indulge in food like chocolates once in a while, but try to cut down consumption on sweet, salty and fatty food!. If you think you must give in to your cravings one in a while, it is okay but don't make a habit out of it!.
5!. Exercise!. You can choose whatever exercise which you enjoy doing, or just some walking will do!. Make sure that you exercise about 20-30 minutes a few times a week(it is the best if you could do it consistently and regularly)!. If you do even more intensive exercises, you should be able to get better results!.

The only way is to cut out all of your junk food out of your diet!. And to get exercise 3 times a week!. The exercise is very important when losing weight!.

Unhealthy things:
1!. Vitamin Water (20 oz!. bottle a day) all of the calories in the whole bottle, not one serving is just as many sugar grams and calories in one can of coke!. Of course, if you have to choose between Vitamin Water and coke, then please choose Vitamin Water!. It's more nutrient dense!.

2!. White flour!. White bread has almost no fiber, no nutrients, and you might as well be eating cake!. Switch to WHOLE WHEAT bread/four!.
(you need fiber because it makes you feel full, so you then don't overeat!.)

3!. High Fructose corn syrup!. it's in everything except for organic foods that replace it with evaporated cane juice!. HFCS is known to cause ADD/ADHD in kids, diabetes, heart disease and obesity!. Avoid packaged foods, soft drinks, and candy, since HFCS is most abundant in these foods!.

You should drink tons of water every single day!. At least 10 cups!. Water cleans out your body cells, gives you a clearer face, and makes you feel full before a meal!. Replace water with other sugar drinks that you are very fond of!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when shopping for food, buy Special K cereal bars and Rice krispy treats!. they're only 90 calories!.
Get sierra mist zro, it has 0 calories!.
Try to eat only 1200 calories a day!.

The easiest way to loose a quick 5 pounds would to cut off soft drinks!. You can loose it in about a week!. But, if you start back drinking them you will gain it back!. Try to find a low in sugar and calorie drink that you like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Swimming!. Swim a lot and you'll lose a lot of weight!. I can't go swimming this time a year in NE but if you in like CA or something try to go swimming a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're definitely not heavy!

But I do things like jumping rope, cycling, jogging, etc!. Besides burning calories, it reduces stress and helps me to relax!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink alot of water walk every day at least 30minutes do some stretches cut the junk food out drink 8 glasses of water eat fruit vegies and cut some of the grain outWww@Answer-Health@Com
